When will my order arrive?
You've just received that exciting confirmation email and now the anticipation begins! We ship every week on on a roll in basis, please allow up to 3 days to receive tracking info. Please note that once your order is shipped it is out of our hands. If your order is momentarily stuck in the USPS system, missing scans or is temporarily lost, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses.
Custom Orders:
Please note that all custom or made to order items and any items needing resizing have a 2-4 week window for shipping.
Can my order be shipped via another mailing company?
If you would like to use another mailing system please let us know! We are always happy to help.
My tracking link says my order was delivered but I can’t find it. What should I do?
Oro Carino is not responsible for missing or lost packages once the tracking shows delivered, however, your satisfaction is the most important to us which is why give the option to ship via USPS Priority. If your order states it was delivered, please check with your mailman, your neighbors and your building front desk/mail room. If the package has still not turned up, please reach out to us and we will file a claim. We cannot file a claim until 15 days past the "delivered" date. Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
